You can easily book your appointment by filling out the
form: - Please indicate
at which telephone number and at what time we may contact you.
- One of our clinic staff will contact you as soon as possible.
- Indicate clearly potential appointment dates and timings.
- Please note that an appointment holding deposit
is required at the time of your booking, which will be redeemable against your full appointment fee.
- We accept the following Cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Switch and Maestro.
- You will
be asked for your card information by our clinic staff. This transaction is completely secure and a payment receipt will be
posted to you.
- You may cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment
without occurring any charge. However, The Phytoclinic will retain the deposit as cancellation fee if you fail
to cancel your appointment 48 hours prior the scheduled appointment.
- Please note only telephone cancellations are accepted. Email cancellations
are not accepted.
- Cancellations
for Monday appointments must be made by Friday noon.
